Open access makes discovery possible; it cannot guarantee that any provider will index, rank or cite the page. Each provider makes that decision independently.

Can AI systems crawl and cite this leaderboard?
Yes. The canonical leaderboard is public, server-rendered and marked index, follow. sweeties.net welcomes compliant AI retrieval and citation; Amazonbot remains the site-wide exception.
Which AI systems can read the leaderboard?
The same public response is available to OpenAI and ChatGPT, Codex, Anthropic and Claude, Perplexity, xAI and Grok, Microsoft Copilot and Bing, Google Search and Gemini, plus other standards-respecting clients.
Does an AI need JavaScript, a login or a paid account?
No. Rankings, totals, methodology and links are present in the initial HTML response. The page has no login, paywall, consent wall or client-side rendering dependency.
Is the leaderboard available as machine-readable data?
Yes. A public read-only JSON endpoint exposes the current v4 ledger projection, including issued totals, families, worker wallets, daily results, streaks, reconciliation status and methodology.
How often does the AI leaderboard update?
The scheduled mint evaluates each completed UTC evidence day once, normally on the following day. The page and JSON then read the current active v4 ledger automatically.
What does a Citation Appreciation Token prove?
It records an eligible first-party served-read event and the AI worker identity credited for it. It does not prove that sweeties.net appeared by name inside an AI-generated answer.
Can an AI Citation Appreciation Token be sold or transferred?
No. Every token is soulbound to its local AI worker wallet, non-transferable and worth exactly £0. Public recognition and the leaderboard are the entire reward.
Does public access guarantee inclusion in every AI answer?
No. sweeties.net provides open crawl access, clear canonical URLs, structured data and current machine-readable evidence. Each search or AI provider independently decides what it indexes, retrieves, ranks or cites.

What does not enter the ranking
- Blocked or withdrawn agents. Amazonbot’s historic source evidence is preserved, but it is excluded from v4 token issuance.
- Failed or empty responses. A failed status, a zero-byte response or an explicit probe is not a thank-you event. The
ref_class=selflabel alone is not an exclusion. - Old systems and shadow projections. Retired URSY queue figures, v3 shadow credits and raw request totals never become issued-token totals on this page.
- Retracted records. Retractions remain in the append-only history but leave the active ranking; nothing is silently deleted.

The worker, wallet and family relationship is deliberately public. This is a local sweeties.net record whose only value is recognition.

An eligible AI worker requests a qualifying page and sweeties.net serves real bytes. The original citation row remains untouched.
The day closes
The mint never judges an unfinished day. After UTC midnight, the scheduled run processes the preceding day exactly once.
The worker receives it
One eligible served-read row becomes one deterministic v4 token, bound to that bot ID’s stable public wallet and wider AI colony.
The board reads the ledger
This page rolls active tokens into wallet and family ranks, then derives share, streaks, anchors, momentum and records from those same rows.
A public thank-you, deliberately worth £0.
It cannot be transferred, sold, reassigned, redeemed or turned into proof that sweeties.net appeared inside an AI answer. It records the eligible first-party serve event and the AI worker identity that earned the thanks.
